退款政策

little tigers感謝您的光臨與選購,由於商品呈現於網路平台上,所以實際商品與實際賞品可能會有某些程度的誤差。我們將會盡全力將實際商品用最接近的方式來呈現,讓您對於商品有更精確的掌握。
一年內因買家因素退貨達三次的買家,請恕little tigers將無法再為您做退換貨的服務喲


瑕疵換貨
little tigers在包裝前都會檢查商品狀態,如商品細節有發現重大瑕疵,little tigers必須跟您致歉,造成您許多的不便,還請您能見諒。麻煩您依照下列步驟進行換貨程序。
1.      麻煩您先將瑕疵部位拍照下來,寄到客服信箱 service@mylittletigers.com,客服人員將會盡快將處理方式回覆給您,如等待超過兩個工作天後尚未收到回覆,可能是產生信件遺漏的狀況,煩請您再主動聯絡littletigers的客服信箱。
2.      瑕疵商品如果有現貨,little tigers將會在收到退貨後儘快將新的貨品依照您上次選取的貨運方式寄送給您。

收到錯誤商品
若是您收到錯誤商品,little tigers必須跟您致歉,造成您的不便,還請您能見諒。這個情況下,請您盡快跟客服人員聯絡,寄到客服信箱 service@mylittletigers.com 請註明您的訂單號碼以及錯誤的商品名稱/敘述。
1.   當您認為收到的商品跟您當初下訂的不相同時,請先核對商品編號,尺寸和顏色是否與您訂單上的不相符,再跟客服人員連絡。
2.   錯誤商品如果有現貨,,little tigers將會在收到退貨後儘快將新的貨品依照您上次選取的貨運方式寄送給您。


重要規定
1.   所有退換貨規定都需在入收到商品的七日內完成,所以務必請您收到商品後要馬上檢查。
2.   如需要退換貨服務麻煩您一定要先與客服人員聯絡,little tigers一定會竭盡地為您服務,請勿在未告知的狀況下就將商品寄回,我們將無法受理喲
3.   請將欲退貨的訂單編號、商品編號填寫在隨附的出貨明細表上的空白處,隨退貨商品一併寄回。
4.   所有商品請保持完整包裝狀態,如商品有配件,商品配件也請一併寄回。
5.   若因非商品瑕疵因素寄回商品,以致原訂單實際收貨商品金額未達滿千免郵資的優惠門檻,littletigers將扣回訂單未滿千之應付郵資,還請買家特別留意。
6.   以下商品狀況非屬瑕疵範圍亦不接受退貨,請您特別留意喲:

  • 已穿過、已下水洗過

  • 商品鑑賞期已過或是吊牌已剪

  • 人為因素造成的商品破損

  • 些許的多餘線頭,釦子些許鬆脫

  • 商品尺寸測量與賣場標示正負差距在2CM內


7-11退貨便使用說明
如需要售後服務,請您一定要先與客服人員聯絡,由客服人員提供給您退貨便代碼後處理,請勿在未告知的狀況下就逕自將商品寄回,這個情況下我們將無法受理
1.   請聯繫service@mylittletigers.com客服信箱,取得退貨便代碼
2.   前往7-11操作ibon ->選擇   ->選擇7-11退貨便->輸入退貨便代碼->列印<交貨便服務單> (亦可從網頁直接列印)
3.   將商品完整包裝,附上出貨明細單於空白處填寫欲退貨的訂單相關資訊(訂單編號、商品編號、退貨款項處理方式)
4.   向門市索取交貨便服務專用袋,放入單據上聯後,黏貼於商品上,並交給店員
